Mini-Grant Application

Occasionally as economic conditions merit, the Phil & Pat Willis Foundation Trustees may elect to allocate funding for immediate and unrestricted utilization for our local non-profit organizations.  This “Mini-Grant” will be awarded outside of the normal grant-making calendar and will be for amounts up to $5,000.  Although these funds will not be restricted according to the Phil and Pat Willis Foundation policies, applications are required and funds will be awarded at the Trustees’ discretion.

Board Meetings are quarterly. January 22, April 29, July 22 and September 23. All grant applications need to be submitted 2 weeks before the meeting. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.  Thank you!
