Please complete the  Grant Application in it’s entirety to be considered for funding.
How to apply for a grant:
  1. Click on Grant Application
  2. Open document in Adobe Acrobat Reader and fill in fields.
  3. When finished click on the “envelope icon” in the tool bar to email the completed form.  Choose “email as attachment”.
  4. Email the Grant Application and the following documents to info@pwillisfoundation.org

Board Meetings are quarterly. January 22, April 22, July 22 and September 23. All grant applications need to be submitted 2 weeks before the meeting.
